USfidelis works hard to provide high-quality, valuable service to customers and treat each and every one with honesty and fairness. With each extended service contract comes these customer rights:

Fair and Honest Interactions with USfidelis Employees
All employees are required to undergo comprehensive training to ensure honest and fair interactions for customers enquiring about an extended service contract. All phone calls are recorded for quality assurance. Customers are encouraged to report employee interactions that do not follow procedures. All such concerns are addressed and resolved.

Do Not Call Registry
USfidelis does not make any unsolicited outgoing calls. However, other companies offering an extended service contract do. Consumers have the right to stop unethical or deceptive telemarketing practices by registering on the National Do Not Call Registry. Numbers on the Do Not Call Registry cannot be dialed by telemarketing companies without prior consumer approval. Consumers can register a number by following this link to the national registry.
