We hold ourselves to the highest standards to treat our customers fairly and with complete honesty. Our customer service division is dedicated to assisting you with any questions or concerns. US Fidelis reviews its customer service division regularly to make sure we are providing you with the best service possible.

You will know and understand your contract
Our customer service representatives are here to handle all of your questions. We know the programs inside and out and will stay with you until you get the answers you need. US Fidelis reviews all inquires carefully and will either handle your situation personally or help you contact your administrator for further assistance.

 

 

Your service will be convenient
Customers can select from any ASE mechanics nationwide, including many dealerships. And, as an added convenience, the contract administrators pay the claims directly to the ASE certified mechanic or dealership of your choice. This cuts down on a lot of the extra paperwork, inconvenience, and hassle for our customers.

You will be taken care of if your car breaks down
We know that your job, responsibilities, and needs for getting from point A to point B won’t wait until your car is repaired. Life goes on, and so must you. That is why most of the plans include free rental cars, towing and 24-hour roadside assistance.
